【摘要】 目的 探讨复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎(herpes simplex keratitis HSK)的有关治疗方法。方法 回顾性总结1996～2001年间复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎85例的治疗及其效果。结果 不同类型的复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎，经过抗病毒、抗炎及中药辅助等的综合治疗，95%得到治愈，视力有不同程度提高，2年内复发率为21%。结论 不同类型的复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎，抗病毒药物剂型的选择及点眼药频率与时限不同，警惕药物的毒性反应带来的角膜损害。激素的使用，以能控制炎症的最低浓度和最少滴数为原则。使用免疫调节剂，重视心理治疗，利于康复和预防复发。
