离体大鼠肠道菌群对类叶升麻苷代谢的研究(1)

     [摘要]在离体培养的大鼠肠道菌群中加入类叶升麻苷进行厌氧孵育。采用HPLC监测类叶升麻苷在不同孵育时间点的变化，同时运用HPLCQTOFMS鉴定类叶升麻苷的代谢产物。结果表明离体的大鼠肠道菌群可以对类叶升麻苷进行代谢，代谢产物分别是3，4二羟基苯乙醇、咖啡酸和3(3′羟苯基)丙酸。
