摘要目的：观察足痹通络方足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年1月至2015年10月在我院治疗的糖尿病性周围神经病变患者90例随机分为对照组与观察组，在糖尿病综合治疗基础上，观察组给予足痹通络方足浴，甲钴胺片口服；对照组予甲钴胺片口服，疗程为3个月。观察2组治疗前后临床症状及神经传导速度变化。结果：观察组总有效率(911%)明显高于对照组(717%)，且差异有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组患者两侧腓总神经的感觉及运动神经传导速度均有明显改善(P<001)，且优于对照组(P<001)。治疗过程中，2组均未出现不良反应。结论：足痹通络方足浴治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变有较好疗效，且安全性好。
