摘要 随着国内外对于针灸的关注与研究不断增加，针灸的疗效逐渐得到广泛认可，但是也有一些大样本的研究表示针刺疗效与安慰针刺无差异有统计学意义。其主要的原因就是目前尚未有公认的安慰针刺对照方法，这一定程度上影响了针灸的进一步发展。所以本文通过检索国内外文献，总结目前临床研究中常用的安慰针刺对照方法并分析其优缺点，提出改进思路，以期引发对针灸临床试验中安慰针刺设计的进一步思考，开展更加符合针灸特殊性的高质量研究客观评价其疗效。
