反相高效液相色谱法测定尼扎替丁注射液含量

【摘要】 目的 建立尼扎替丁注射液中尼扎替丁的含量测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱；乙腈-0.1 mol/L的醋酸铵溶液(15：85,每100 ml中加0.6 ml的三乙胺，用醋酸调节pH至8.5)为流动相；检测波长为242 nm；流速：1.0 ml/min。结果 尼扎替丁在2.5~20.0 μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为98.67%，RSD为1.03%。结论 本方法准确可靠，重现性好，可用于尼扎替丁注射液中尼扎替丁的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determining nizatidine in nizatidine injection by RP-HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on Hypersil ODS C18column,using acetonitrile-0.1 mol/Lammonium acetate soluttion(15:85)as mobile phase,the detection wavelengh of nizatidine was at 242 nm; the flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min.Results The linear range of nizatidine was 2.5-20.0 μg/ml,the average recovery of nizatidine was 100.13%(RSD=1.29%).Conclusion This method is found to be accurate,reliable and have good reproducibilities.It can be used for the determination of nizatidine in nizatidine injection. ......
