【摘要】 目的 建立祛湿颗粒的质量标准。方法 采用薄层鉴别法，对祛湿颗粒进行了定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定其有效成分的含量。结果 薄层鉴别法可鉴别出苍术、山楂、茵陈的对应斑点；高效液相色谱法可测定出厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量。结论 方法简单、灵敏、准确、重复性好，可有效地控制祛湿颗粒的质量。
