超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床应用价值。 方法 应用变频超声对169例临床怀疑阑尾病变患者进行超声检查,经手术及病理证实为阑尾炎。 结果 急性阑尾炎超声诊断准确率为89.3%,其中急性单纯性阑尾炎为71.9%,急性化脓性阑尾炎为93.2%,急性坏疽性阑尾炎为100%。 结论 超声是诊断急性阑尾炎的有效方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the valute of diagnostic ultrasonoscope on acute appendicitis.Methods 169 doubtful appendic lesions were examined with low and high frequency ultrasound respectively,all these cases were verified by pathology after operation.Results The total accuracy rate for the diagnosis of actue appendicitis was 89.3%,with 71.9% in acute simple appendicitis, 93.2% in acute suppuractive appendicitis and 100% in acute gangrenous appendicitis.Conclusion Uitrasonography is an effective way to diagnose acute appendicitis.
