应用咀嚼效能结和PAR指数综和评价正畸治疗术后疗效(1)

【摘要】 目的 通过研究不同特征患者在正畸术后的咀嚼效能和PAR指数,进而探讨可有效预测患者的预后和咀嚼功能改变的重要因子。方法 以正畸术后5~6个月12~35岁的患者110名为研究对象,利用吸光度法测量咀嚼效能,通过多元回归分析判断影响治疗后咀嚼效能的因素。结果 咀嚼次数、覆牙合、错牙合类型都与咀嚼效能有相关性,覆牙合与咀嚼效能成正相关。结论 解除深覆牙合对改善咀嚼功能,获得好的疗效有着重要的意义。将PAR指数和咀嚼效能结和起来看待正畸疗效会更全面。
