【摘要】 目的 探讨参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选择我们2009年1月到2011年2月收治的心力衰竭患者80例，随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组40例，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予硝酸甘油治疗；治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予参麦注射液和硝酸甘油治疗，两组均连续治疗14 d。结果 治疗组临床显效率和总有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 参麦注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Shenmai Injection of nitroglycerin treatment of heart failure patients. MethodsWe in January 2009 to February 2011 of heart failure treated 80 patients randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 patients in each group, control group given conventional therapy nitroglycerin therapy； treatment group conventional therapy to give Shen Mai injection and nitroglycerin treatment, both groups were treated continuously 14 d. ResultsThe clinical efficiency and total efficiency was also significantly higher (P<0.05)； incidence of adverse reactions compared the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05).
