【摘要】 目的 研究分析系统性护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的影响。方法 112例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者， 按照数字随机法分为常规组和系统组， 每组56例。常规组治疗过程中实施常规护理， 系统组治疗过程中实施系统性护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果 系统组患者的治疗总有效率为96.43%， 高于常规组的83.93%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。系统组患者护理满意度为96.43%， 高于常规组的82.14%， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝硬化合并上消化道出血的治疗中实施系统性护理， 患者的治疗效果得到显著提高， 护理满意度也大大提高， 值得临床推广。
