静脉注射脑利钠肽对急性冠脉综合征神经内分泌激素的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察静脉注射脑利钠肽对急性冠脉综合征患者神经内分泌激素的影响。方法:选择2009年6月~2010年9月入本院治疗的急性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机划分为治疗组(静脉注射脑利钠肽治疗组)和对照组(硝酸甘油治疗组),每组各有患者25例。对比两组患者治疗前后的醛固酮水平、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肾素以及BNP水平。结果:治疗后的2、5、7 d,两组的BNP较之前均下降,其中治疗组降幅大于对照组,且峰值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后36 h治疗组醛固酮水平、血管紧张素Ⅱ、血浆肾素较治疗前下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者在此方面治疗前后统计数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性冠脉综合征患者早期注射脑利钠肽能够降低患者的BNP、醛固酮、血管紧张素Ⅱ、肾素水平,对神经内分泌系统的激活起到抑制作用。

    Intravenous injection of brain natriuretic peptide in acute coronary syndromes of neuroendocrine hormones

    [Abstract] Objective: Intravenous injection of brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute coronary syndrome neuroendocrine hormone. Methods: With acute coronary syndrome patients from June 2009 to September 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (intravenous brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment group) and control group (nitroglycerin treatment group), 25 patients each group. Compared two groups of patients before and after aldosterone, angiotensin Ⅱ, renin and BNP levels. Results: After treatment, the 2, 5, 7 days, both groups were decreased compared to the previous BNP, which decrease the treatment group than the control group, and the peak was much lower than the control group (P<0.05); 36 hours treatment group after treatment, aldosterone levels Angiotensin II, plasma renin decrease than before treatment than the control group (P<0.05), control group patients before and after treatment in this regard was no significant difference in statistics (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acute coronary syndrome in patients with early injection of brain natriuretic peptide can reduce the patient's BNP, aldosterone, angiotensin Ⅱ, renin levels, the activation of the neuroendocrine system play an inhibitory effect.
