[摘要] 对《伤寒论》通阳法进行初步总结，探讨《伤寒论》通阳法的运用及其特点，认为《伤寒论》奠定了中医通阳法的临床基础，后世的诸多通阳之法，都可从《伤寒论》中找到根源。总的来看，仲景通阳之法重在祛邪，并遵循因势利导的原则，表郁者，发而通之；气郁者，疏而达之；水饮者，利而通之；痰结者，涌而通之；湿郁者，祛而通之；热郁者，透而通之。《伤寒论》的通阳法，有待更深入的研究运用。

    A preliminary study of Treatise on Febrile Disease dredging-yang

    [Abstract] This paper makes a preliminary summary on dredging-yang and discusses the use and highlights features of dredging-yang in Treatise on Febrile Disease.Dredging-yang method in Treatise on Febrile Disease established the clinical basic and provided sources for later generations.In general,Zhang Zhongjing′s dredging-yang method focused on eliminating pathogen and made the best use of the circumstances.Exterior canopy closure can be diffused,Qi-stagnation can be facilitated,water-retention can be urinated,sputum-stagnation can be discharged,dampness can be dispelled and heat blocking internally can be dispersed.Conclusively,dredging-yang method in Treatise on Febrile Disease need further studies. ......
