手术室综合护理对术后切口感染的影响分析(1)
[摘要]目的 评价手術室综合护理对降低术后切口感染的疗效。方法 选取2015年5月～2016年6月在我院进行择期手术的562例患者，根据其入院时间先后分成观察组(279例)和对照组(283例)。对照组给予常规手术室护理，观察组通过对国内外护理经验的总结，结合我科自身护理经验，采用培训、术前手术方案讨论、手术室环境管理等综合护理策略，并对两组患者的切口感染率、死亡率、护理满意及住院时间等情况进行比较。结果 观察组患者术后发生切口感染率和住院期间死亡率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者在住院周期、切口缩小30%愈合时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；护理满意度评分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于手术室患者采用综合护理策略可降低术后切口感染率，缩短住院时间，提高患者住院的舒适度及护理质量，并可降低术后死亡率，提高护理疗效。

[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the efficacy of operation room comprehensive nursing in reducing postoperative incision infection.Methods From May 2015 to June 2016，562 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group (283 patients) and observation group (279 patients) according to the admission time.The control group was given routine operation room nursing， and the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing strategies such as training，preoperative surgical program discussions，operation room environmental management on the basis of the experience of nursing at home and abroad，as well as the experience of nursing in our department.The incision infection rate， mortality rate， nursing satisfaction and length of stay in the two groups of patients were compared.Results Postoperative incision infection rate and in-hospital mortality patients of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)，intraoperative blood loss of patients of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)；The patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group in the period of hospitalization and the 30% cut in the incision， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was better than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients in the operation room，the application of comprehensive nursing strategies can reduce the postoperative incision infection rate，shorten the length of hospital stay，improve the comfort of hospitalization and quality of care，and can reduce postoperative mortality and improve nursing efficacy., http://www.100md.com(郑晴亮)
