[摘要]护理教育的改革一直是当前研究的热点，Seminar教学法自引进中国课堂后被研究者不断尝试和创新，但仍需要进一步探索出适合我国护理教育现状的发展道路。针对目前Seminar教学法在国内外应用情况、创新模式及在我国应用后凸显的问题进行综述，旨在总结经验，提出解决问题的意见，以期找到一个适合国内护理学科发展的最优Seminar教学模式，满足社会对护理人才的迫切需求。
