     【摘要】 目的：探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)终止妊娠的时机及方式对母儿结局的影响。方法：对246例ICP病例进行回顾性分析研究，观察ICP孕妇终止妊娠的时机及方式与母儿结局的关系。结果：孕36～38周终止妊娠者新生儿窒息率与羊水粪染率显著降低，选择性剖宫产终止妊娠者早产、新生儿窒息、羊水粪染、围生儿死亡率显著低于阴道分娩者。结论：对ICP孕妇于孕36～38周选择性剖宫产终止妊娠可明显改善围生儿预后。
