精子优选方法对人工授精治疗结局的影响(2)
综上所述，上游法和密度梯度离心法提取精子在人工授精应用中，其妊娠率、流产率及对子代的性别影响相似，因此，在临床实际操作过程中可根据患者的具体情况选择以上任一种精子优选方法来提取精子。
