【摘要】 本文报告了1例颈椎骨折术后并发食管瘘患者的整体护理体会，护理重点包括：针对该名患者提出相应的护理评估、目前存在的护理问题、并提出相应的护理诊断、护理措施和目标，经过全体医护人员的精心治疗和护理，患者顺利康复出院。
