[摘要] 目的 观察高压氧治疗急性氯气中毒的疗效。方法 对5例急性氯气中毒患者在内科常规治疗的同时，根据患者中毒的程度，给予不同次数的高压氧治疗。 结果 5例急性氯气中毒患者治疗效果明显，均痊愈出院。结论 高压氧可以作为辅助治疗急性氯气中毒的一种有效的方法。

    Clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on 5 cases of acute chlorine poisoning

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of HBO therapy on acute chlorine poisoning. Methods 5 cases of acute chlorine poisoning were given HBO therapy of different times according to toxic degrees,besides the routine medical treatment. Results 5 patients achieved good treatment results and discharged recovering. Conclusion As an auxiliary treatment,HBO is effective for acute chlorine poisoning.
