纤支镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨纤支镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿的临床效果。 方法 治疗组52例采用纤支镜灌洗治疗，对照组36例采用内科正规保守治疗，比较两组治疗肺脓肿的效果。结果 88例患者随访1~5年，治疗组症状完全控制41例，显效9例，无效2例，总有效率为96.15%。对照组症状完全控制12例，显效15例，无效9例，总有效率为75.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 纤支镜肺灌洗治疗肺脓肿优于内科正规保守治疗，可代替传统的病灶切除术，显著降低手术率。
