[摘要] 目的 探讨益生菌制剂联合特定电磁波治疗成人肠易激综合征的临床应用价值。 方法 70例成人肠易激综合征患者随机分成治疗组对照组各35例。两组均给予益生菌制剂(整肠生胶囊及乳酸菌素片)治疗，治疗组增加特定电磁波治疗，并比较两组疗效。 结果 治疗总有效率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但平均治疗时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 益生菌制剂联合特定电磁波治疗成人肠易激综合征简单有效，值得推广。
