综上，提示HE4与CA125有各自的分布特点，两者具有互补性，血清HE4和CA125联合检测能减少漏诊率及误诊率，提高卵巢癌早期诊断的能力。上述研究提示血清HE4具备作为卵巢肿瘤标志物的优势条件。
