【摘 要】目的：分析讨论临床路径管理在血液透析患者内瘘管理中的应用及效果。方法：选取2016年3月以前本院收治的80例血液透析内瘘患者作为研究对象进行为期3年的观察研究，根据管理方法不同将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例。研究组按照针对临床路径的方法进行管理，对照组给予常规管理，并比较两组患者的管理效果。结果：研究组患者内瘘临床管理效果有效率(60.0%)显著高于对照组(37.5%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将临床路径管理应用于血液透析内瘘管理中可以有效提高内瘘患者的管理质量，降低并发症总发生率，达到促进治疗的目的。
